I helped my Mom with the sale of her home and the home that I grew up in , It was quite an emotional experience for the both of us. With out the help and professionalism from Derek I doubt that this transaction would have taken place. Derek’s understanding of the bond that people get with their belongings they accumulate over their lifetime was way more then I would have expected from anybody. There was a genuine sense of caring for the best out come for my Mom, to make this the easiest and stress free event for her. Derek and his Dad Kevin are a breath of fresh air, They are both down to earth people that I never felt uncomfortable talking with. This home was my Moms retirement investment and I already hear a spark in her voice that I have not heard in years. Thank you Derek, Kevin and Warren Ventures for making the last few chapters of my Moms story a much more relaxing and comfortable time .
